    This past weekend was one of the best early walleye bites that I have seen in upper red lake in a very very long time. Every one that was fishing with up north fish house rentals got there limits on friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sunday was a little slower but every one got a limit. The biggest o the weekend was twenty eight caught by ole from brainerd. Pics on the website.Most of the fish coming on anything gold tipped with a fathead in seven to eight feet of water. We do not have the wheel houses in the ice yet. Everyone was staying on shore and getting transported with my Suzuki samurai and trailer. Good luck fishing. Justin

    It was a pleasure meeting you this weekend Justin!

    Words cant express how thankful we were for the ride on and off the ice the last few days, as well as the assistance drilling holes this morning when our auger seized up.

    Yes thanks for the ride also … The bite was definitely awesome especially Friday night…the whole weekend was awesome…will definitely be back

    The fish are still biting and we will be putting out our hard sided houses tomorrow. Most of the fish are coming from dead sticking with a plain hook. We are fish from seven and half a nine feet of water. Justin b
