Rigging a Zercom RTS for Ice

    Hey guys, I recently bought a used fish shack and the guy selling it threw in a Zercom RTS sonar unit hooked up to the blue genz box.

    I didnt have a flasher until now so I plan on using it as much as I can. My issue is rigging up the transducer right so it sits level. Any one use one now? Or back in the day?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    are u able to put vexilar float on the ducer cable? i had one briefly b-4 i bought an lcf 40, i think thats what i did.

    I used a wooden dowel and some pipe insulation to do one of mine. I’ll post pictures tomorrow when I get a chance.
