Between Trilene Micro Ice and Trilene Cold Weather? They both have the same diameter in the 3 lb. Was thinking of using it for panfish.

    Thanks,

Well, not really sure to be honest. But I have used both and can say for sure the micro ice performed much better for me. It was very limp and was very thin (two things you never want to hear unless you talking fishing line).

The difference is in the additives they add to the formulas of each line. One might have more water repellants, etc then the other.

I have only used micro ice on my scheels combos, and i haven’t had any issues. I do have some bionic ice line i got on sale i might try, and i might pick up some p-line as well, just to give it a try.

    I use 4lb for eyes & trout, 2lb for pannies & perch.
