I have a 45, works great, nice dial, easy to read. The digital
read out is great for hole hopping.

I have the ICE35 and have been very happy with it. It may not be as refined as the higher end units but I have had great success with it on walleyes, saugers and the occasional tullibee on Lake of the Woods. Target separation and sensitivity are more than adequate. I have also been able to fish in close proximity to a Marcum and a Vexilar without any trouble with interference.

I’ve got a 45 that I use mostly for deepwater perch. love it. The only time my old vex outperforms the bird is when I’m trying to shoot through ice to find fish. The bird just won’t read through ice where my vex would.

Gotta 55 and I love it. The big screen is very nice and easy to read. The zoom on it is great also.

I have a 45 I bought used over a year ago worked fine until 2 weeks ago went to Mille Lacs last weekend when I turned it on it sounded noisey didnt use it. When I got home I tore it apart and found the plastic disk that attaches to the motor had broken (hub). I called HB they said it was out of warranty send it in for $112? dollars they would fix it. I ask if I could just buy the part, the woman said wait a minute, she checked with someone after several minutes she said send it in we will fix it for free. Gave me a customer number and instructions. Went in the mail. I owned an Fl 20 before and like the flasher read out better, but loved the digital depth reading
