I went to the weigh in yesterday, and a big CONGRATS to the local guys, Dan Dettman and Luke Kersten who blew away the competition with a winning weight of 11.03 lb. 
Many teams had full limits of both gills and crappies, but nobody else had a bucket full of SLOBS, including the tourney biggest fish, a 1.38 lb. crappie.
I took 2 of my boys to the Kids Camp on Saturday, and would like to express Thanks to both the NAIFC and the Dunn County Fish and Game Club for a job well done. 
It was informative, fun, and organized for the number of kids present. Even if fish weren’t being caught, they created a great atmosphere with cameras, flashers, augers, etc. all available for the kids to use. Fish & Game Club had hot chocolate, hot dogs, chips, etc. for everyone afterwards…all completely free of charge. 
Thanks again to both organizations for your efforts to get kids involved in the outdoors.
