Mr Heater Screen Grid is shot!

    The screen grid on my Mr Heater has burned through. Has anyone replaced on of these? Is it worth the effort?

    Did you use it that much or did something happen? Just wondering cause mine is old and abused. Heard a lot of complaints about them but I don’t have one, thing is a beast

    It’s near 20 years old, been used alot, and been faithful too. Didn’t want to toss it if it was repairable.

    Had the same problem with my sunflower heater, it was just the outside layer so I used it just like it is with no problems.

    You can get replacement parts for them yet, replaced them on my old one sevear years ago…
