Does Dynamic Depth not work in shallow water? The Dynamic Depth sounds like a great concept, but not sure why you wouldn’t use it rather than the 10′ scale in shallow water.

Dynamic Depth works at all depths. The LX7 is all about choices allowing an angler to set up the unit the way they want to fish it.
