don , does she do the navigating on the wilcrafts too ?

Depends if we’re fishing for fish or fishing for customers.

I’m still more proficient at FINDING fish.
Of course once we’re on ’em, she’ll outfish me most of the time.

She’s always been better at landing customers.
I suspect it has a lot to do with the fact that she’s quite a bit better looking than me.

Why does every marcum, vexilar, jiffy, strikemaster post turn into a P-ing match. Just enjoy what you use, don’t bash the other and everybody can just get along.

    AWESOME question.
These pizzing matches wouldn’t happen if:
    1) Only people who OWNED the product or USED the product enough would give a credible response.
    2) People would not rip on the competition and only focus on their own product’s high-lights. Discrediting the competition only discredits the person making the comment.
    4) People would compare apples to apples and only provide factual data.
    3) If people would actually focus on fishing instead of what goofy gizmo has the best thingamajig. You can have the faster auger, space-age technology flashers, video cameras that can spot a walleye 5 miles away, and a boat that doesn Mach 3, designed by NASA engineers……..But none of that can make that walleye bite, now can it?

    Get out on the water.
Learn your fish that you chase.
Learn the structure that fish likes.
Lean how to catch the fish.

90% of the people that have a 10″ sonar don’t know how to use it!

I have a 8 inch sonar, would that mean only 80% of the people that own them know how to use them?

    50% of the 5″?

    I’m seeing a trend here!

I have fished with and been around most every flasher on the market (at least the big 3 manufacturers) and they are all great products. If you are going from no flasher to owning a flasher you cannot go wrong with any of the manufacturers and you will be 10x more productive on the ice with any of them.

As far as performance goes In my experience 95% of the time you will not notice any sort of difference in “fish catching ability”, its that extra 5% of the time that you might see some differences, how much different it is hard to say.

Again, they are all very good products and I have never heard anyone tell me they hate their flasher brand. They are a tool that assists the fisherman exponentially and it is hard to dislike something that does that.
