    Is there safe ice in the backwaters of the PDC area? Want to fish the weekend!!!

    I have not been out but I have been told the thickest ICE around is 3″.

    I would normally be able to tell you exactly how the ice is here but I have been just to dang swamped to get out on the ice…

    I will be out exploring this weekend and will have a good idea how the ice conditions are…

    I know that’s not going to help you for this weekend… but to be safe follow the crowds.. I know there will be people on the ice.. and make sure you have a spud bar !!!
