Got my son and daughter out ice fishing Sunday. Can’t believe my 4 and 3 year old made it over 3 hours. Kept them on fish and they were having a blast. 25 crappies and my son caught his first 2 ice walleyes. Just like his old man, had to drag him away when it was time to go. “NO dad, not till I catch a big one.” 
That’s awesome! I’ve got a 2 and 3 year old I’ll be attempting to fish with on the ice this year!!! It’ll definitely be entertaining! 
Nice job. I’ve been trying to get my 6 year olds into it but we have to walk out to where I like to fish and it is hard to pull gear for 3 by hand and hard to keep them warm with kid gear and also fit into it for a month. This year my friend who has a 4 wheeler is going to be pressed into service to get them out to our spots.
Way to go. 
Keep working at it and you will have some fishing buddies for a long time.

Good to see, its fun to see them get excited over fishing. Im still trying to get my six year old daughter more excited for fishing.
