Dead Stick Spoon

Always been a fan of a split shot and a small treble for my dead stick. Nevertheless, I want add a few spoons to the arsenal that are good on a dead stick. I know the demon is a crowd favorite but what size? Any other suggestions?

I personally hate any of my dead sticks to have treble hooks. Seems just to many times fish that need to be released are getting wounded beyound their ability to “Make It”. I have almost 100% removed all treble hooks from my arsanal. Ther are alot of single hook weapons I still use for dead stcik/ rattle reels that have worked very well. Frosties are right up there at the top.

I fish perch in deep water and use a dropper rig on a 1/3 oz swedish pimple. 4-6 inches of dropper lead in 2lb flourocarbon to a horizontal jig or plain single hook and a lively minnow. There are days when that minnow is all they will take.
