    Truly sad news;

    It has to be a hard thing to understand for the surviving family.

    Imagine the sheriff knocking on your door and telling your kid daddy isn’t coming home.

    If you need fish that bad, go to the store. Ice is never safe.

    Ice, hunting, driving, sledding, 4-wheeling, getting up in the morningm, etc. Life is risk. Be careful and smart is all. I plan to push my limits for a long time.

    There will be more open water accidents than ice accidents every single year. Of course more play in the open water arena. Be careful on the hardwater and be careful in the open water guys. There is little room for mistakes either way. Prayers for the family.

    Just read Wi dnr outdoor update three guys and a snowmobile thru wi ice already wake up guys thin ice then snow on top means [censored] ice as ice melts under snow insulation.
