For the guys using P-line for ice fishing. Do you use exclusively inside a shack or permanent? Or only when it is relatively nice out?

Thinking of setting up one panfish rod and one walleye rod.

    Thanks,

I use it all the time… Inside or out.

p-line seems to me a little stiff, not real limp like an XL. but we are not casting it ice fishing. So rattle reel, or ice rod, light action rods should be fine.
    Good Luck,

In and out. heated unheated shack. relatively nice out or short of blizzard conditions. LOL…can’t always choose the weather.

Is everyone just using the P-line Floroice or is their a different p-line of choice for ice fishing?

Floroclear and Floroice are the same line-you just pay more for Floroice.

I fish outside primarily. I like it alot. It does develop ice perls though. Still trying to find one that doesn’t.
