    I plan on going this year havent ben there before,what kind of deals can I expect? I am looking for a auger and a ice suit also would like to get a power noodle rod just dont know what it is like

    Be prepared to stand elbow to elbow with 70 gabillion iceheads….

    If you’re looking for a Thorne Bros. powernoodle rod, just make the extra drive to Thorne Bros and take a look at what they have there. Bret and I were there last Friday and they had a pretty good stock of powernoodle rods.

    Get ready for Organized chaos. But really, it is a great time with a lot of products in one place so you can really compare and contrast and find what you want. I would recommend going, and also, yes there are some deals to be had.

    It’s the place to go if you don’t want to wait for end of season sales, you can get great prices on electronics, portables, Sno-Suit, augers, etc. I’ve seen guys get even more % off if they bundle purchases together…yes, it can be a made house though, but you will be in good company

    You should find some good deals on augers and ice suits at the show. I don’t remember if Thorne Bros discounts their custom rods, but they are still worth the regular price anyway. The last couple years I’ve gone on Friday and we had no problems getting around. I’ve got a couple electronic devices that come in red cases in my sights. I bet Mr. Hawthorne will be there to help me out.

    If you don’t get there early, I wouldn’t count on getting a power noodle at the show. They go fast.

    I don’t know if I’ll make it to the show but I probably can make it to Thorne Brothers. Does anyone know if they honor show specials at the store?

    99% sure they will. Last year they had a great Black Friday deal as well, so keep an eye out for it.

    Be prepared for overload. It’s going to be fun. Hopefully we can get a great deal on an auger package. I’m thinking of getting a power noodle also. I got a quiverstick with a fly reel last year and love it.
