    ROLL CALL!!!! Who’s going?

    This is always the first peek at new gear, and a chance to speak with fellow ice heads as well as some of the top fishermen in the midwest. If Studer’s cooking fish this year, make sure and get there early as the man takes it to a different level! For the Wisconsinites it sounds like they’ll be cooking cheese curds too?

    In the past, I’ve won some pretty nice prizes at this event, and it’s always a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

    I plan to be there with the kids for awhile in the afternoon, who else is making it over?

    I hope to make it up with the kids too! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fry fish as my daughters have soccer, but rumor has it that Josh might be frying something fishy. As Joel metioned, it will be fun to see all the new toys from all the different manufactures. I know I will be buying some new line for my late fall panfishing (pre-fishing for winter slabs!) and I’m sure I’ll HAVE to get more jigs and plastics. Should be fun as I’m letting the kids pick them out.

    IMO, this is a “Do Not Miss Event”. Great looks at some new gear, great sales and great people. And this year there’s even free cheese curds!!

    I’ll be there for sure.
