    So if this is a LCD with heater unit…does it have to be stored at a temp greater than 32F? I assume the heater won’t turn on when the unit is powered off.

    The LCD won’t be harmed in any way if stored in cold temps when not in use.

    The LX-7 will undoubtedly be released before the Dec. ice show but no official release date has been given.

    The LX7 simply looks to have it all. Do you suppose the fish will simply throw fins up and surrender.

    Kudos to Marcum technology as once again they continue to raise the bar and set the stage for what anglers will soon come to expect from their ice fishing flasher!!

    NOW I NEED TO GET AN LX7 “ON ICE”

    I second that Chris! I cant wait to bust some deep water lake trout here in the apostle islands this winter with the new 7 and its depth range at 300, its game on!
