new to this group. searched and saw a post from 2017. Looking for mods for these 2 sleds. I currently strap my mora/ridgid drill setup on top of the bucket on both sleds. One time on the Glide Lite, when traversing a slope, the sled tipped over. Is there a better way to transport the auger setup so that the sled is not tippy?
I put a kohler gun mount on each side of the back of the glide lite and placed the auger across the 2 gun mounts. Helped alot with balance

Not if you mounted them like a “c” instead of a “u”.
Does that make sense?

What I did is I took a dowel the diameter of the rod holder hole and mounted about a 14″ high dowel installed in each of the outside rod holders which still gave me 3 (I think) rod holders inside of those dowels to hold rods. Then I mounted the Kohler ATV gun holders on each dowel mounting it like I mentioned above. A “C” instead of a “u”
