I’m thinking they are going to be nuts this year since people couldn’t go last season. I hope they are for personal reasons, but it’s going to be fun to see everybody out at them again.

Anyone planning on going? I think I’ll be finding whoever has the best deal on a 24V Strikemaster and picking one up.

St. Paul Ice Show…I had no idea how much I would miss it until last year’s show got cancelled.

I’m with you James. So much fun seeing so many people so jacked up about ice fishing!

There’s a bunch of people that I only see once a year and it’s at that show. In a way it felt like missing a year of the annual family reunion. I do look forward to catching up and seeing those familiar faces.

I’ve never been to one, but would love to. I had taken several years off ice fishing as I just got fatter and lazier. After losing #85 I picked it back up hard and really got the bug again last winter. It’s the reason I found IDO on YouTube and then this site. James had some great tips that helped us on Leech and also out on Petenwell here in WI. We took two week long trips to Leech last winter. One week was a high of -10 all week but we still managed to catch some fish and I only got mild frostbite.

Sounds like a trip to Saint Paul is in your future early December!

Or at the very end……I’ve noticed guys don’t like carrying inventory back out of the show……just saying.

Buy it early, pick it up when the show is done.
They get the sale and don’t need to load out.

Annual trip for me and a few others, we go up on Friday and stay in a hotel. Then hit the show on Saturday. Missed it big time last year. Soooo glad it will be back this year.

Seems like every outdoors show I attend I need to bring “lots of $$$$$$”.

I can’t wait to go back to ice show. I miss it and need to get back with my ice people. I can take my boy this year which makes it special for me.
