    If the weather forecast holds we should have some walkable ice by thanksgiving weekend in northern MN.

    I was catching crappies in Oconto Co, WI on November 28th last year… looking out my office window right now and I don’t think it’s happening till January lol.

    For central WI, the 1st weekend of December is looking like a possibility on some small back bays or backwaters, only shallow water stuff but better than nothing. Hope the forecast stays like it looks beyond the next 2 weeks to give southern WI a chance by mid December

    The temps drop Monday. Wind lays down Tuesday. I’d bet there is some small water that is fishable by your cabin by Black Friday Glenn.

    my first planned trip that way is tentatively set for weekend #2 in dec. gotta go cull the deer herd in Wi first!!!! peace yay
