So I have 2 Quiversticks I’m running 2lbs p-line. I also order 2 30” perch sweethearts. I will be using for my #3-#4 ripping raps and spoons. I’m think 4lb line with my drag working properly. Do you think I need stronger line??

If worried. Try 5 # p-line. I like it for filling the middle ground.

I have 3lb Ice Magic on a 30” Bullwhip that is used for #3-#4 rippin raps and small spoons. It works great in my opinion. I think you’d be good to go with 4lb.

#3 ULRR’s work much, much better on light light. I have used them with 6# P-line, but it has a lot better action with lighter line for sure. #3 raps are pretty dang light and using a light line helps a lot, the bigger sizes don’t matter as much. 4# line would be fine I’m sure. I usually use 3# line with em and it works great.

I’m a big fan of 3lb flouro for those two blank power/action combos

I’ve caught some decent sized walleye and bass on 3lb p-line so I think you’re safe. That said I use mostly 4lb for almost everything now besides a couple small jig rods.

This is true.I found that 3lb fishes much better than 4lb(ice magic).4lb has a .002 diameter difference from 3lb.I am going to try ASSO ice heavy in 3lb,heard that it is a very good line that will stand up to an occasional northern.
