Ice Helix 7 – Pixel rows shifted (screen tearing)

    Hey all. My helix 7 started presenting a problem last season that has continued into this year and gotten worse. The screen has multiple rows where the pixels are shifted to the right slightly so lines and such are choppy. I’ve attached an image. The word “Ultra” shows most clearly what I am talking about. You can also see that line extends to the edge of the right part of the screen.

    Have you tried looking to see if there is a software update on the Humminbird site for your unit? You could call there customer service as well since they are pretty helpful.

    Probably not software, most likely she needs a trip to the mother ship and if it’s more than a year old get ready to spend some $$$
