ordered ice helix 5 chirp gps g2. what arrived did not have blocks for the shuttle, charger for the battery, or transducer jumper cable. ordered missing parts directly from hummindbird. transducer reads xdr, chirp iceducer, no part number. helix shows error message – transducer not connected -. connected transducer directly to helix without the jumper. same error message. drilling down shows connected transducer with hb83/200hz. Do I have the wrong transducer, does the head need new software what!! ready to use it as a doorstop.
