ice fishing white fish near duluth mn

hi there, I am new to ice fishing white fish and am wondering where you guys go to catch white fish, cisco, and lake trout? has anyone ever caught any in the Duluth harbor? any help is greatly appreciated. also, if you don’t mind share a recipe or two as I am always open to new ways of cooking my catch. please remember I am looking for a spot not too far from Duluth for ice fishing as I don’t have a boat, but have a boat load of ice fishing gear. lol! thanks in advance!!
