The 2 most popular ice fishing lakes in that area would be French and Mazaska. If you look at Lake finder you will see many lakes that have walleye in them.

Any trucks driving out on lakes in that area for those that have been out?

Might want to think about going to Cedar also.

Driving on most lakes in the area. Watch out for the regular hazards tho. Methane hole on Mazaska that a truck broke through last week. That spot has been marked since. French and Cedar have some spots to be weary of also.

Cedar usually has a road, havent been out in a coupld of weeks. east side of the island usually has good crappie bite, and there are rumors of big walleyes but I have not found them.

Roberts has walleye, I have pulled a few from there.

French is a good lake as well.

CHeck with John’s bait prior to going out he is pretty helpful

Also there is a Faribault Sportsmen group on Facebook.
