    Hello! Wondering if anyone can report on Ice conditions on Pools 8 and 9. DeSoto? Stoddard? Appreciate the help. Long drive if not safe. Thanks and Happy New Year, — Robby

    I was not on Desoto Bay but on Saturday I drove from Prairie du Chien past Lacrosse via Hwy 35 and there were people on every nook and crany that you could get out to. I did not see or remember seeing wheelers….
