Just got back from Bemidji around 5pm today.
Stayed on Gull Lake in Tenstrike, up by Blackbuck
6″ ice over about 16′ of water.
NO one on the big lake of Bemidji – foot or otherwise but lots of houses on Irving ( right across from it from where the river flows into Lake Bemidji.)
Leech in Walker has between 100-200 yards of ice then open water.
Gull ( in Brainerd) had some spots of open water on the West side ( i was heading south on 371) and lots of portables and a couple ATV’s I saw on the East side.
Closer to the metro Big Lake still has open water too.
Saddest of all, I outfished my Brother in law
