I recently purchased an ice castle. I have direct TV and i hooked up my receiver to my dish on the castle. It is telling the receiver is not connected to a dish. Any one have any problems with their dish?
Make sure if you have the regular(not HD) dish on you fishhouse, that your “DISH TYPE” on your receiver is set to: 18″ ROUND. It is in your Menu – Settings.
This is especially true if you are bringing a receiver with from home and you have HD at your house as it uses the slimline dish.
If not, check all your connections, coax cables, etc.
Make sure you are pointed at the proper satelite also?
