I forgot my rod box in the driveway at grubs house one morning. We figured that one out 2 hours into the drive.

You’ll have than on those bigger jobs…
Good thing you have short legs, more steps means more work = warmer feet.

Is that some Keith Stone I spy?

I was figuring that all thats left.
    1 loading the truck
2 on the way to lake
    1 unloading the truck
    2 for the walk out
    1 setting up
    2 for putting lines in
    1 fishing
last 2 are 1 for walk out and 1 for drive home.

We were almost to st cloud when he remembered his boots were still in his truck at the house. We were Alexandria bound in some nasty driving conditions

My buddy forgot his flasher last Sunday. He went old school and just kept pounding bottom and lifting. He caught as many fish as the 2 of us with flashers.
My dad goes all day carrying a vex around. But he won’t ever turn it on, and he will out fish most every one around as well.

Worked with a guy that would put his house slippers on to let the dogs out in the morning. More than once he showed up at work still in his slippers.

My buddy and I both left our boats at home when we met at the river.

Just decided to go fishing and didn’t decide who was bringing the boat.

I’ve done this with my hey dudes. Always happy that I carry rubber mucks in my work truck.

My son was complaining his feet were cold when he was fishing at ML this past weekend. He forgot some things at home so I brought them to him and I see he is wearing his on clouds or whatever they are called. I pointed at them and I said no wonder your feet are cold put the mucks on!

Get some fleece lined crocs. That way when you forget your boots, your feet are still warm. Fished outside all day one day last year on the ice in my crocs.

Went camping with a bud about 18mo back. He told me all about his hunting trips to CO and AK with a tent. According to him, he was a bonafide expert. We drove to this camp in separate vehicles and once he starts pulling out his gear out of his vehicle, he had absolutely NOTHING along. I had given him a list in advance…but his Alzheimer’s was clearly advanced also. He’s still living, but very hard to deal with.
