Is this the only power steering option a person has for tiller boats? I’ve got a Merc 75 hp 4 stroke on the back of my rig.

Can anyone give a review on the Uflex tiller system. I have the Tiller Assist on Merc. 90 Big Tiller. It works good, but I’m not crazy about the foot switch.
