Thank you, it just does not seem to cover it.

All total I have raised $4,041.00 towards my hike. 87 IDO members have donated (some twice) to this hike. Just over 3/4 of that total came from your generocity, $3,175.00 to be exact. And you did it in just 45 days. To that, I must say that I am not sure how to say Thank You. Those two words just don’t seem to describe how grateful I really am. There is no way (literally and figuratively) that I could repay this great deed of kindness or outright unselfish act. $3200.00, Really – it’s just mind boggling.

I always thought that my parents raised me correctly, I treat my elders with respect – I hold the doors for others – I try to do my best to be a good, solid and upstanding person every day. Kaden, showed me every day during his struggle, that no one can take life for granted, and he did it with a style and class that no 5 year old should have to. He really made everything seem “easy”, through everything that his little body had to endure. He also made everyone around him better and stronger, including me. I still let a tear go everytime I talk about him, but it’s ok, there are happy tears and sad tears for him. I know, he’s looking down on all of us, and he made me strong enough to get through all of the days.

One last thing, just in case anyone is looking for something to do on the 4th of July……

We have a fund raiser happening this Thursday out at Oxbow Parks and Zoo. It’s for the CureSearch Ultimate Hike from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. If anyone is interested in more information please let me know. Picnic – Short and long hikes – Silent Auction – Zoo staff will be putting on an animal demonstration – Bean Bag tournament & Beautiful Weather (ooohh and there will be some beverages as well )

    Thank you, truely, Thank you.
