I won a Primos Ultra 35 camera this summer. It ran great right up til the end of the season, then started having issues. I opened a support ticket the other night after hours. First thing the next day I get a reply. Please ship your item back with XXX RMA number. We will email you once it’s received and another email when we return. Please allow up to 10 days to inspect/resolve your problem.
Now sure, I could complain that a new camera shouldn’t have any problems, but the reality is we hang these things out in the elements and expect them to work 24×7. Personally I’m super pleased with the quick response and quick turn around compared to other manufactures. I’ll let you know how the rest of the transaction goes.
