    I won a Primos Ultra 35 camera this summer. It ran great right up til the end of the season, then started having issues. I opened a support ticket the other night after hours. First thing the next day I get a reply. Please ship your item back with XXX RMA number. We will email you once it’s received and another email when we return. Please allow up to 10 days to inspect/resolve your problem.

    Now sure, I could complain that a new camera shouldn’t have any problems, but the reality is we hang these things out in the elements and expect them to work 24×7. Personally I’m super pleased with the quick response and quick turn around compared to other manufactures. I’ll let you know how the rest of the transaction goes.

    Im pleased with Primos also. I returned 4 Cans this fall and they sent me back 4 new Cans! I’ve also returned 1 Hardwood Grunter and they sent me back a new one too

    I have had great customer service from Bushnell and I think they bought Primos a while back if remember correct. Kooty no one really “wins” a truth cam ultra

    Had a similar experience with Moultrie last week. My cam stopped working. I went on their site filled out the form and sent the cam in last Tuesday. I got a new cam in the mail last night, no charge!! Just over a week and I shipped it ground.

    I don’t really get that worked up when stuff fails as long as they back the product. Working in the manufacturing business for 25 years I know stuff happens, but if they back it up like this I can forgive pretty quick
