I did a quick google search for ya, and the closest seems to be the Holmen Rod and Gun club..
Also, I know of two shooting ranges in the Winona, MN area which is close to you as well.

I did check the holmen rod and gun and they had open shoot this past weekend, (prior to posting just so people know I tried google first – I also saw Gander mountain came back as a result but not sure what they let you shoot in their range.) but I guess it would be worth a call to see if they would still be willing to open it up again throughout this week. I didnt realize west salem had one so I will check that out as well.
