How much is land going for to lease???

    I found 60 acres that a guy wants to lease out for deer hunting both bow and gun in central wisconsin but he doesn’t know what to ask and I want to be fair to him. any ideas guys.

    I would think $300 to start for the first year would be fair. After a season, you will know if it is worth more or less….

    I have been trying to find an affordable lease. Central Wi $1500.00 or higher for 60 acres and higher for different counties it has just plain gotten out of hand to lease land. The economy has forced landowners to at least get taxes paid. Good luck hope ya get a deal.

    $30-$60/acre around here. I know it’s crazy but that includes all hunting seasons.

    15 to 30 bucks an acre depentant heavly on location and landscape, and how bad you want it!
