I am looking for opinions on your favorite meat lockers in Southern Minnesota. We are planning to bring 3-4 elk home and I would like to drop them off at a locker that we can expect great results from (and someone who may be willing to allow a drop off on a Sunday.) Please list your favorites hear.

    Thanks

I have generally used all the places you guys have mentioned as well, and typically we go to Owens for burger, but we do not do any types of sausages there. My hopes were to find one who does it all the right way. I know they all have their pluses and minuses so maybe an ambiguous question.

Nevertheless, the big reason for asking was we will be coming from the West on I-90 towards Rochester and anything on the way home on a Saturday evening would be ideal and convenient.

Great opinions nontheless, keep them coming.

    X 2 to the 10th power!
Call Rusty at Owens. I think for that much of a load of game meat, he’d meet you there at a reasonable time….

Thanks, I may call Nicks and see if they would arrange an after hours delivery. Right on the way for a convenient drop off from tired hunters..Maybe jinxing ourselves by planning ahead but we did well last trip out so expectations are rampant! 15 days and counting…

Greg’s is top notch too. I’m lucky to live not to far away, but I’d be willing to make the drive from alot further distance.
