A couple of years ago my husband and his dad went on a boar hunting trip down in Missouri and they had a blast! My husband and I are interested in going boar hunting together now, but we’re looking to stay a little closer to home (MN). Any suggestions on places would be great! Thanks!

Just curious if the desire to stay closer to home is an issue of time or money? MO….. really isn’t that far away and anything around here is going to require some money. It takes as long to get to the Canadian border (from the Twin Cities) as it does to Kansas City. If time is an issue, maybe you can build some vacation by waiting? Financially speaking, I’m unsure if it would be cheaper to travel to an area that has boars vs. paying a “ranch” for an opportunity. From what I’ve gathered, the cheapest way to get into some hogs is TX. There are places practically paying you to come shoot hogs down there!
