    Cougars are here

I hope they don’t settle in like they have in the Black Hills. They have put a hurtin’ on the deer and elk out there.

I’ll need to start carrying when I go get a beer from the garage at night.

Not gonna jump the gun here or anything…but in western WI (Pierce County Area), I personally have seen one while trout fishing last summer in the Rush River area. Never went to report it because I don’t get along with the good old WDNR very much…got pictures on trail cameras west of Ellsworth of one about two years ago, as well as neighbors who saw it any times in that same field that summer…possibly could be the same cat, but it is hard to say. Along the Rush by Vino in the Valley, people find tracks every year….

Just my two cents-they’re here and they’ve been here for awhile

I know most people won’t believe me. Oh well

Dont worry. Once the wolves and Cougers decimate the deer population Wi and Mn DNR will increase the antlerless permits…oh wait

At home, yes, but at the cabin, it stays in the garage. My sis-in-law already won’t go out there at night–hope she doesn’t read that article!

Me too. Spooky. They say you wont hear or see the one that attacks you. That alone makes me hate them.

My cousins see the out in the Black Hills deer/elk hunting. I guess it really makes the hair on your neck stand up.

There was a pretty good reason they were eliminated in the first place in populated regions. I dont see this going as well as wolves.
