Cisplatin is one of the more aggressive Chemo drugs that Kaden has had to endure. Yesterday was his final dose of that particular drug. As you can see, he’s still being Kaden….
Cisplatin almost done…for good!
In about 20 minutes Kaden will officially be done with Cisplatin!!! He is handling this treatment great, as usual. He hasn’t even complained of having an upset tummy. He’s full of energy, songs, and his little personality is shining as always…making the nurses smile! Grandma Judy and Papa Ron arrived at the hospital around 2:30. Right away Kaden started jabbering away (yes, he gets his gift of gab from his Momma!). Logan and I got out of the hospital for a few hours which was nice. We picked up the girls from school and I went home to work out. Good thing I worked out because Juli Wieneke made us an excellent spaghetti pie for supper! Juli and all four kids (Ella, Noah, Leah, and Ana) visited with us for about an hour. The girls had fun playing with dolls and colored pictures in the playroom. Noah played the Wii and computer games with Kaden. Now everyone is gone and the room is quiet once again…well, other than for “Bob” making noise and Kaden yelling at Logan because he’s not playing the game the way he wants him too! We should be busting out of here tomorrow late afternoon! I’m sure Kaden will be singing as he wheels out the door
