I bought a Truth Cam 35 last winter. This fall it did OK on daytime stuff but the trigger speed was a little slow an the nighttime IR stuff was unviewable.
I started a support ticket with them in mid-December. Due to a back order, I didn’t get the camera until last Friday. I’ve still got a lot of testing to do to see if this is the just the way this cheaper version works or if I had a lemmon.
Either way, I love how Primos is doing this. You login, get a support case and automatic updates anytime something happens on the ticket. A true help desk solution!
