Burst ?? I heard when an appendix burst, it’s like throwing a shovel full of sand in your insides ?? Either way. hope you get out

Get well soon. Remember healing on the front end now may pay dividends 8 days from now when gun season opens.

Rest it now, hunt it later. If it truly burst, watch out for post op-infection -fever-pain….I’ve been there-done -that>you don’t wanna go there that sucks

Sorry to hear about this. just keep in mind that giving up a week or two now, will give you more longevity later.

I was stupid enough to have lived years of my life in the moment. Didn’t care about next year; just needed to get out now! Now, I’m still under 50, but hobble around like a 70 year old man that has been through hell. Take care of your body, and enjoy the ride! Good Luck in your recovery.

Thanks to all recovery seems to be coming along well. I might be sitting blinds this year instead of stands but should be outdoing what I love doing most next weekend for opener mn shotgun. Havent missed a day of shotgun season with the old man in 15 years and dont plan on it this year either.

It burst? You will be out of commission for a while. That happened to my wife a few years ago. It’s a lot longer recovery than if they get it out before it bursts!!! Good luck with the recovery.

Man that is rough. Hunting is very secondary when you are staring death in the face. Get better. All those bucks are just going to be bigger next year

Good luck, take it easy on your body, it’s the only one you have.
