georgia hog hunting

    Has anyone been to georgia hog hunting? Planning a trip in january sometime looking for some tips and any good public land spots.

    How did you hunt them? We have got private land to hunt but none of us have ever done it. The land owner is telling us to bring a lot of bullets so im hoping they are as thick as he is saying.

    I have hunted them in Alabama and we just sat in deer stands and waited for them to come out in their green fields or places they have been tearing up. Bring bullets is right. You don’t realize how fast a pig can run when bullets are flying!! Piglets are a real challenge

    I bowhunted them like white tails. Set up where they were feeding.Bring a bow if you can
