I bought one 3 years ago from mytopo.com and it is ok but would like something better with a more recent picture. Interested to see what people recommend!

For deer hunting in the midwest I trust google earth. Hands down best tool i’ve used, and its free. It allows me to get a good look at the surrounding area, as well as any key spots to check out before I even set foot on the land. I have a friend in the advertising field, who has access to wonderful printers. I typically print the area of focus, along with surrounding areas of interest such as roads, fields, rivers etc.
For out west, I use huntersdomain.com (not meant to be an ad, just personal experience). I purchase a map of the unit I will be hunting. My experience has been with CO maps, which are an absolute necessity.
