I have a 10ft snowmobile that I want to enclose. Any opinion on what to use for the shell. Thinking about making it 4 ft high. Can not decide between plywood or corogated alumniun.
Planning on hauling duck gear to camp then empty it and sleep in it at night.

I would use the lightest material possible snowmobile trailers are not ment to haul a lot of weight. But on the other hand i wouldnt spend a lot of money on it, you can find enclosed some what reasonable

A buddy of mine picked up an enclosed utility trailer – (maybe 12 x 6 ?) for about 1,500. He cut out in the aluminum and added (2) sliding windows from a truck cap. Rubber floor mat with flush tie downs, and a collapsible bunk beds on one side. Not exactly the warmest setup, but works perfect for his ATV and weekend hunting

I would look on craigs list for a enclosed trailer before you put too much money into it. there are some good deals on there. also you you might want to think about going taller so you dont have to be on your hands and knees trying to reach the stuff thats in the front of the trailer.
