aggressive cabin bear

    About 30 minutes after I got back to the cabin from a day of fishing this bear decided that no one but him should be in the yard every time I tried to leave the deck he would
    just walk towards me swinging his head back and forth
    he raised hell all night tipping things over outside the cabin He was about 20′ away from me when I took these pics.

    That may be a possibility I was attacked by a sow with a cub while on a spring bear hunt in Ontario along time ago That was a night I will never forget!

    BOOM!!!!! one shot no one will know where it came from I would have a hard time putting up with a four legged creature trying to show me whos boss.

    Where is cabin?

    I had one do that to me on ATV 3 or 4 years ago by our cabin. It wouldnt let me pass. Had to drive around it then it bolted for me when I did. Spooky.

    It seems to be an ongoing problem Bob. Maybe it’s time to contact the DNR and see what they have to say.

    Ya got to get Top Heavy out there as a witness and casualy walk out in the yard til the bear comes at you then scream “he’s coming right for us” and let the lead fly, its purely self defence!

    Although I would recommend you use Top Heavy as the bait. He’s younger and probably quicker.

    Growing up in SD, we had many Roman Candle battles. Oh the memories. Bob, I’m pretty sure me and some of my redneck buddies could help with this problem.
