Jeff Williams is the founder of Outdoor BrandZ and he’s married to his lovely wife Patricia. They have two boys – Haydn and Owen. By watching Jeff’s videos, you’ll be able to tell Jeff loves taking the family hunting and fishing. Here’s a little about Jeff and how Outdoor Brandz was started.
Jeff’s passion for the outdoors started as far back as he can remember growing up in a family to loved to fish and hunt. At age 20, he started guiding multi-fish species in Oklahoma and he learned quickly there were plenty of folks that wanted to catch big blue catfish. By the time he was 28, many were taking notice of his ability to target large reservoir blue cats. Jeff and Patricia decided to pack up and move the family to Warsaw, Missouri where he could guide on the Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake while testing his skills in the catfish tournament world. He ended up guiding approximately 225 days per year specifically for blue catfish.
In 2007, Jeff knew there had to be a better brand in catfishing – a brand that was built on quality first. He knew there was a need for a professional looking brand and a brand that took care of the catfishing anglers from bait to reel. He envisioned creating the total catfishing package- terminal tackle, rods, line, fish grippers, attractants and catfish baits. By using the knowledge from all his guiding and tournament experience…Team Catfish was born! Today catfish anglers have come to know and use “Team Catfish Real Catfish Gear” for Channel Cats, Blue Cats and Flatheads.
From the Team Catfish platform, Jeff and his family expanded their horizons creating an umbrella of outdoor brands keeping in mind what made Team Catfish successful – quality.

Along with monster catfish, Jeff loves deer hunting to say the least….and has used many different attractant and mineral products over the years. After 3 years of thought and some intensive research, Jeff’s creative spirit got the best of him and the NUTRA DEER brand was launched in the spring of 2010 with the idea of creating a first class brand of deer hunting products in the categories of attractants, minerals and deer feeds. Jeff message to his deer hunting customers is simple. “Quality first and superior deer ATTRACTION is best created by beneficial NUTRITION.”
Jeff also wants the iDo members to look for new products in the Nutra Deer brand like food plots and deer feeding systems in months to come.
“We are also extremely excited to have Brad Juaire on our Pro Staff Team. I’ve been talking with Brad over the last few weeks and his knowledge and passion for deer hunting along with the other IDO Field Staff members will be a huge asset to our NUTRA DEER brand.
We hope that all the Catfishing anglers, the Spoonbillers and the folks that use deer attractants, minerals and feed will give our products a try and see what we mean by “quality first”!
