    How many of you are headed to the show? I’m heading out friday for a fun filled weekend of BIG BONE!!! I am always amazed at the size of the mounts and sheds they have there Of course Tiffany will be there also

    I wouldn’t count on Tiffany I went there last year and they went to a deer classic in another state that weakend. Either way its fun to see all the giants. always amazing to see just how many 200″ plus deer show up there. They also have an archery shoot so bring your bow for a little shooting.

    It’s in Des Moines and runs from friday through sunday.

    I have a couple friends that live near a large wooded area and miles of wooded river bottom. They have been finding sheds from this year and last and alot of them. I suggested to Jerry that we make a large 4′ in diameter light with all the recent racks for Dell to hang over his front door when you come from the outside into the house. A wrought iron light with all the racks circleing the framework of the light, be pretty cool I think. There isn’t any real big ones but theres a couple sides from 170″s that are nice from older bucks, very nice mass but short tine length but still nice. They found a couple recent sheds that they didn’t even know were in the area that they figured were around 30″ on the inside.

    the amount of big bone there is unreal if we had the quality of bucks that they have in iowa we would all have great bucks on our wall
