I just recently purchased a Moultrie Gamespy 5.0 trail camera from Amazon.com about 2 weeks. Placed it out in the woods and got zero pics. Brought it home and tested it…sure enough it’s defective. Went online to amazon, filled out there return information and received a return label to ship the product back at no charge. Then I receive an email that my replacement was ordered and was shipping next day delivery! Now that’s customer service and I didn’t have to talk to anyone!
If you haven’t thought about amazon.com for purchasing hunting products I would check them out if I were you.
