    Shooting Hours: 12 Noon, Central Time, to sunset Oct. 16-22; 10 a.m., Central Time, to sunset the rest of the season. NOTE: Central Time is used for opening shooting hours statewide.

    There’s always been a lot of speculation from “keeps the boys in the bars longer at night” to “helps the birds get back to roost”

    I don’t know if I’ve ever heard an answer that passes the sniff test. At any rate, YES, it’s that good.
