We had the double duece this wekeend and never had to re anchor. Even when the winds picked up on Saturday night. the double duece held its own. Well worth the money IMO.

The new rain/sleet/snow/wind stand is almost done. I learned one thing in building this pig too. As hard as it might be to put the “Solid Oak Boards” (don’t ask me, guess they have been just laying around) for siding on up in the air……it is WAY lighter to do it afterwards. My back will probably be sore for a day or two. Should be nice and dry and warm when all done. Add the satelite dish and microwave and it should be good to go.

Looks good Bob. We just finished another one of ours also as my Dad can’t make the 12-16′ climb anymore!

Looks pretty plush! When do you want me there? I can be there anytime.

Good luck hunting out of her and post some harvest pics from the new blind!

It was all in my head. There’s plenty room up there, in my head that is.

1st Picture is what to do when your ladder is 3-4 feet too short Second is just another view. We are putting some plexy glass in the openings that will have a siloette of a person…..so, maybe the deer will think nothing of it when we open the windows. There are food plot strips off of two windows and wood trails off of the other two windows….I like it

Wow – looks awesome! I hope it’s in a good spot because I’m guessing you don’t want to move it!
