I just got the Capture in the mail today! I put a 256 MB card in there to test it and see if it works. I then put the memory card in my digital camera and…..no pictures I then put a 2 GB card in there to see if anything would change….nothing
This is the memory card and this is what/how i think the memory card goes into the slot

    Any Suggestions please??

The reason you cant veiw them is its a different format whatever that means, also label your chips and only use new chips for your cudde and nothing else, a chip that has been placed in another camera first will be formated for that cams pics and the cudde wont save any pics on the chip formated by the other camera. Good luck!

Yes what QDM said. You can format the card on your computer, or else you can upgrade the software in your Cudde by going onto their website.

Is this issue with just the Cuddeback Capture or is it with any trail cam? I have not had this problem with my Moultrie’s, I have been able to view my pics in my camera and my lap tops in the feild and at home.

There was no upgrade necessary as i checked the website and my camera was up to date.

What do you mean by formatting it to my memory card? How do you do that?

Anytime you put a memory card into an electronic device, it may need formated. Some manufactures of electronic devices don’t like to use industry standards, forcing you to use their hardware and software. In this case, it’s possible Cudde uses a special format so they can get free advertisement out of every pic posted on the net. Creative marketing at it’s best. I do not know this for a fact as I don’t own one. Purely speculation on my part.
