Anybody use any of those propane heated showers? Sure would be nice to take a hot shower instead heading into town.

Yep..used a ZODI for a couple years, before we got my camper. Still use it in Montana in the mountains. Works good, we use mountain stream water, which is about 40′ F when we start, just run it through the shower heater, back into the pail for about 5 minutes, water gets toasty warm

That’s the one I was eyeing G! So, I’m assumimg that you fill that bucket with water, the pump shown runs it through the heater and out the shower head?

Yeah, but that 2-3 gallon box isn’t enough water to really soap up…. I have mine in a 6 gallon pail now, don’t know where the box is. Fill the pail with water, hang the heater (I made a hook out of an old hanger), fire it up and pump the water out the pail, through the heater and back into the pail. Get the water in the pail warm, turn the heater down and then hang the shower head and shower away. Pre-heating the water in the pail, works best for a consistent warm shower.
